Work is now complete at Maguire’s Pharmacy in Bangor, County Down. As we described in an earlier post, previous paintwork was removed by Doff steamer, the substrate was primed and double coated using silicate primer & masonry.

The silicate masonry paint is a fully breathable paint. Its non film forming and fully breathable which prevents moisture build up and helps preserve the surface structure. Works well for exterior lime render and interior lime plaster as well.

We also spend a bit of extra time cleaning up the signage which had roller spray from the previous decorators.
